Accounts and bookings
Keep contact details accurate and protect your login. Upload only material you are entitled to provide, without unlawful content or unnecessary information about other people. Do not put health details in booking messages, treatment-history answers or uploads.
Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment starts. If less than 24 hours remain, please contact the salon. We will check availability and your requested service. Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from the salon.
Some services book directly; others require salon approval. A pending request is not a confirmed appointment. Check the system status and confirmation. Times use local Budapest time unless another timezone is shown. The fixed lunch break, 14:00–15:00, is unavailable for appointments.
Read and acknowledge the safety reminder before booking: if you have experienced an allergic reaction or discomfort after a chemical treatment, please tell your stylist at the salon before treatment. The acknowledgement confirms reading, not your health status or consent to process health information.
Cancellation and missed appointments
Online cancellation/rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the appointment. Within 24 hours, contact us for help. If you cannot attend, contact us before the appointment. These terms do not create a cancellation/no-show fee. The online cutoff does not override statutory rights. See the Booking Policy for details.
Services, prices and payment
Prices and durations describe the listed service. When a range or hair condition affects the price, we clarify the appropriate service and price before proceeding. A reference image does not guarantee an identical result.
The website currently sells no products and does not accept online payments. Salon services are paid at the salon. A deposit may be required for treatments lasting 3 hours or more; details will be provided separately if needed. Packages expressly listing a cash price apply to cash payment. Mandatory consumer rights concerning services and complaints remain unaffected.
Content, questions and updates
Protected On_Lia content may not be republished or used commercially without permission or an applicable legal exception. External platforms have their own terms. Availability and technical access can change; please report errors. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Contact us about a booking, complaint or website issue. Updates do not automatically replace existing appointment terms or mandatory consumer rights.
